The new aerorouge low pressure around the valve propellant filling system for metering valves and all under-cup filling system.
Standard 1 inch vacuum crimper and through-the-valve propellant filler. Semi automatic hand load system mounted on a 46x52x70cm stainless steel table or as a fully automatic system mounted onto a rotary indexing off line mounting table and can be supplied with a conveyor to suit.
Production speed will depend on the size of gas fill, generally with hand load it should be possible to achieve 12 - 15 cans per minute, whereas with automatic operation it is possible to achieve 20 - 24 cans per minute.
The machine is supplied with a 350cc capacity metering cylinder as standard.This system is totally air operated and does not require any high pressure propellant or hydraulic services and are completely air operated and explosion proof in-line conveyer system. Completely air operated ( air supply pressure 9 kg/cm2 140 psi )
