This volumetric filling machine is a universal heavy-duty unit, capable of dispensing product viscosities ranging from acetone to cream.
The pneumatically powered metering drive cylinder can be set to dispense volumes from 30ml to 300ml by use of auto or manual control.
Machine operated on compresses air at 7 bar ( 95psi) having no electrical components, inflammable liquids can be handled safely.
Filling and recharging cycles have individual speed controls. All product contact part are made in stainless steel and teflon and can be fully sterilized.
